FAQ
Return and Exchange Policy:
I handle each sale and commission with the utmost transparency and clarity as possible, as I hope to always satisfy all my collectors and customers. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I attempt to photograph each piece of work to capture it’s most honest, and true-to-life color representation, but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any concerns, please contact me directly.
Do you take commissions?
I am currently accepting a limited number of commissioned projects, ranging in size. Typically, I allow for 6-8 weeks for completion of each piece (and slightly longer during the holiday season). Fill out the form here for more information about the process and pricing.
Will you copy a previous painting that already sold?
No, I've learned the hard way that trying to duplicate a painting never really works out. The client is inevitably disappointed (because it's pretty impossible to get it exactly right), and it is not very much fun for me to do something over again. However, I will consider a commissioned project using the same mood/style/colors of a previous piece. But it will NOT be an exact duplicate.
Do you ship internationally?
I do ship internationally, depending on the size of the piece and country. Before purchasing, let me know your zip/postal code for an estimated shipping cost.
Can I visit your studio?
My studio is not open to the public, but if you’re interested in seeing a completed piece in person (that is, if you’re in the Chattanooga TN area!) I would be happy to schedule a date/time/location to let you preview. Please contact me for more information.
