FAQs

What if I want to return or exchange?

Each sale and commission are managed with the highest degree of transparency and clarity, as the ultimate goal is to ensure the satisfaction of all collectors and customers. I encourage you to read the listing descriptions meticulously and to verify colors on various screens if color variation is a potential concern. Efforts are made to photograph each piece of work in a manner that captures its most authentic and true-to-life color representation, although it's acknowledged that colors may slightly differ in person.

Please note that all sales are final. Should you have any concerns or queries, I invite you to reach out to me directly. I’m dedicated to making sure you’re satisfied and am ready to support you in any way I can.

Do you take commissions (custom requests)?

Indeed, I am presently open to undertaking a select number of commissioned projects, encompassing a variety of sizes. Generally, the completion of each piece requires a timeframe of 4 to 8 weeks, with a slight extension during the festive season to ensure the quality of each artwork. For a comprehensive understanding of my commission process, including details on pricing, I invite you to peruse the relevant information and complete the form available here.

Will you copy a previous painting that already sold?

In brief, the answer is no. The aim is to ensure that each commissioned piece is unique, tailored to echo the individual style of each client and their interior decor. That being said, I am open to undertaking commissioned projects that draw inspiration from the mood, style, or color palette of a previous piece. Looking ahead, there are plans to offer prints of individual original artworks, further expanding the range of options available to clients.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not currently available. However, shipping within the United States is an option, subject to the size of the artwork and the specific location. Prior to finalizing your purchase, kindly provide your zip or postal code. This will allow for an estimation of the shipping cost, ensuring transparency in all transactions.

Can I visit your studio?

While my studio is not accessible to the general public, I understand the value of experiencing a completed piece in person. If you happen to be in the Chattanooga, TN area and are interested in viewing a finished artwork, I would be more than willing to arrange a suitable date, time, and location for a preview. For further details, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
