Hello Folks!

My name is Camellia Butterfield and I am an artist and interior designer living in Chattanooga, Tennessee with my husband Colby and our three fur-babies (Oliver, Frye & Yoshi).

I am originally from Alabama (yes, “roll tide y’all”) where I acquired my interior design degree from the UA, but eventually relocated to be closer to this beautiful, nature-immersed city, specifically to be within minutes of touching southern rock (we spend a lot of our time rock climbing at local crags nearby).

My full-time job is working with clients on building their homes from the ground up, but at night, you can find me in my “batman cave” (or art studio), where I can escape into a painting and embrace life’s chaos as part of the artist process.

Originally created as a simple portfolio, Brass Nook has transformed into a company that encompasses original artwork & design services, showcasing a compilation of my two favorite creative outlets:

S T U D I O - features my original artwork, some for sale and others for inspiration (previously collections & commissioned items).

I N T E R I O R - features a portfolio of my interior design projects, which include residential design & construction, remodels, and interior styling.
